Picsmentor allows mentors to choose among three standardized cancellation policies (Flexible, Moderate, and Strict) that we will enforce to protect both participant and mentor alike. Each activity on our site will clearly state the cancellation policy.

Flexibles: Full refund 1 day prior to the activity (except service and transaction fees)

Example : the activity takes place on March 15th at 3pm, the cancellation must be made a full 24 hours prior to the activity (on March 14th at 3pm at the latest).

Moderate: Full refund 5 days prior to the activity (except service and transaction fees)

Example : the activity takes place on March 15th at 3pm, the cancellation must be made on March 10th at 3pm at the latest.

Strict: 50% refund 7 days prior to the activity (except service and transaction fees)

Example : the activity takes place on March 15th at 3pm, the cancellation must be made on March 8th at 3pm at the latest.

If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Picsmentor within 24 hours following the activity. Picsmentor will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
