If weather conditions pose a risk to the safety of Clients or prevent a Mentor from providing good service, the Mentor may cancel the Experience with the prior consent of the Client. The Client would then be reimbursed in full. 

In accordance with our cancellation policy, If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to PICSMENTOR™ within 24 hours following the activity. PICSMENTOR™ will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
