You have different options of refund preferences in the event of a cancellation by the customer. 

Flexible formula: The client will receive a full refund up to 1 day before the start of the activity (except for the 1% transaction fee). Choose this option if, in your opinion, only one participant will not impact the smooth running of the activity, and will be sufficient to provide you with a minimum remuneration. On the other hand, we do not recommend that you cancel an experience less than 72 hours before it takes place (your mentor rating could suffer as a result). 

Moderate formula: The client will receive a full refund up to 5 days before the start of the activity (except for the 1% transaction fee). Choose this option if you feel you can facilitate the experience with very few participants (one or two people). On the other hand, even if we advise you not to cancel your activity 5 days in advance, this option will still be possible if you consider that the number of participants is really insufficient... 

Strict Formula: The client will receive a 50% refund up to one week before the start of the activity (except for the 1% transaction fee). Choose this option if your activity requires: 

  • A preparation work, which begins at least one week before the experience, and which you include in the determination of the purchase price 
  • The reservation of a place / equipment which must be made at least one week before the activity 
  • If it is essential for you to know, at least one week in advance, the number of participants
