We invite you to determine, in a realistic way, the physical condition required to enjoy your activity, not to undergo it. By default, we suggest four levels:
- The activity is accessible to all
- The activity is not adapted to people with motor disabilities
- Activity requires good physical condition
- Participants must be sportsmen and women
To choose the required level, we advise you to "put yourself in the shoes" of people with disabilities; ask yourself if an overweight person can comfortably climb the steps of a long staircase, or if this rocky path will not be a problem for an elderly person, etc. It should also be noted that the length of a walk (several kilometres) can be a test of strength for some people.
