PICSMENTOR™ allows mentors to choose among three standardized cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate, and Strict) that we will enforce to protect both participant and mentor alike.

Each activity on our site will clearly state the cancellation policy. Participants may cancel and review any penalties by viewing their reservation and then clicking ‘Cancel’ on the appropriate reservation.

In accordance with our terms of service, Mentors and Customers are responsible for all booking changes they make on PICSMENTOR™ Platform or request from PICSMENTOR™ User Support to make (the "Booking Changes"), and agree to pay all posted Prices, Additional Service and Transaction Fees and/or all Taxes associated with these Booking Changes.

In some cases, PICSMENTOR™ may cancel an ongoing or confirmed booking on behalf of a Customer and make appropriate refunds and payments. Such cancellation may be decided for reasons set out in section 15 of these Conditions. When PICSMENTOR™ cancels a booking, PICSMENTOR™ informs the persons concerned and gives the reasons for this measure.

If a Client or PICSMENTOR™ cancels a confirmed booking and the Client receives a refund in accordance with the PICSMENTOR™ Refund Policy or the applicable cancellation policy defined by the Mentor and referred to in the Announcement, after the Mentor has already been paid, PICSMENTOR™ shall be entitled to recover the amount of the refund from the Mentor, including subtracting the amount from the refund of any future Payments due to the Mentor.
